Since our apparel is custom printed on demand, most orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Standard shipping typically takes an additional 3-7 business days depending on your location.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We want you to love your gear. If you are not satisfied, you can return or exchange unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that since items are custom-made, a small restocking fee may apply.
How should I care for my 500 LEVEL apparel?
To preserve the quality of the print, we recommend machine washing your items in cold water inside out and tumbling dry on low heat or hang drying.
