At 500 LEVEL, we want you to love your fan gear as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn and unwashed items. Please note that since each product is custom-printed to order, we strive for perfection in every shipment.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your gear gets back to us safely.
Package Your Gear
Place the items in their original packaging if possible, attach the shipping label to the outside of the package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
